Overview
Support CASIPA's people operations and coordinate a distributed global team across Canada and Africa. This role is for organized, people-focused individuals who keep teams connected, informed, and moving.
About This Role
As the HR and Global Team Coordinator, you will support the people side of CASIPA — onboarding new team members, coordinating schedules across time zones, maintaining team records, and keeping a distributed internship cohort organized and accountable. CASIPA's team works across Canada and Africa. Coordination is not administrative busywork here. It is the connective tissue that keeps the institution functioning. You will be expected to take ownership of onboarding workflows, follow up without being asked, and communicate clearly with people at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding for new interns and team members
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings across Canadian and African time zones
- Maintain team records, contact directories, and participation documentation
- Track internship terms, availability, and completion requirements
- Support engagement routines, check-ins, and team communication
- Coordinate with department leads to align team activities with program priorities
- Document and improve CASIPA's people coordination processes

Selection Process

Eligibility
Open to students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Remote participation accepted. Applicants from Canada and Africa are strongly encouraged to apply.
